Below you will find a few of the letters/emails we

have received from our satisfied customers.

Jimmy,

Here are some pictures of our Choir Director's swimming pool. He met you this spring when I brought him along with our Preacher to get some Dixie Mix. When they saw how well the tulips and pansies did they had to come and get some for their vegetable gardens. The lush summer plants are sweet potato vines, Tropical Hibiscus and Wave Petunias. That good old Dixie Mix and plenty of water seems to be the right combination. Notice the pieces of soap on the pavers. We put them there to deter the deer. It kept them away pretty good(at least until the tulip blooms dropped off.)
The other picture we took while relaxing with our morning coffee in front of our pier on July 4th.
I hope to see you and your pretty bride soon.
Lindsay

Hey y'all,
Picked another zucchini that weighed 1 lb. 7 oz.

Believe it or not, it had very little seeds in both of them. Sure made some people happy who loved fried zucchini. Just planted some seeds in Dixie Mix and I planted way too many. In 15 days they are 4 to 6 inches above the mix.

My problem is that I do not get enough direct sunlight on my garden. My neighbors extra tall gum ball trees are blocking the sun. But I am working on another site that has complete, full sunlight for about 8 hours a day. And that site may require 4 to 5 truckloads of Dixie Mix.

Thanks again. Andy

Guys,

Thought you might like see some pictures of Dixie Mix at work: photo 1 was taken on April 15 - first eight tomato plants were planted February 25; photos 2, and 3 were taken on July 4. We all know about Jack and the Beanstalk how about Dave and the Cornstalks (or tomato plants). Dixie Mix is amazing and I sing it's praises every chance I get.
 Thanks,
Dave

Dear Dixie Landscape Supply,

I started using Dixie mix in May of 2008, I don't know what you guys put in it but it works. Thanks to Dixie mix I have the greenest, thickest lawn in my whole neighborhood now. It started off as so-so and had some dead spots in it now it is just amazingly thick and green. I am enclosing some pictures from my front lawn.

Thank You

Dear Mr. Sharpe,

I have enclosed pictures of some of our flowers planted in your Dixie Mix.

The carport planter is full of you Dixie Mix and the begonias reached twenty-four inches in height. They normally reach only twelve inches.

The Zinnias were planted in tilled soil that your your Dixie Mix was added on top. They were a favorite of the butterflies! If you look close you can see a butterfly on two.

We have enjoyed the flowers in your product and so have our neighbors.

Sincerely,

Gene and Peggy Teague

Jimmy,

Some pictures of our tomato garden for '03.  Plants 1 & 2 are planted in 100% Dixie Mix with nothing added. Plant #3 is in top soil with just lime added.  All three were planted on April 5th.   Plants 4, 5, 6 were planted on March 24th in 100% Dixie Mix.
I have used many combinations of mix & soils over my past 31 years of gardening. Dixie Mix is the best by far.  - Don't change a thing.

To Whom It May Concern,

In March of this year, '03 I began to prepare my vegetable garden.  I have had weed and grass problems in the past years. I felt that I could not continue to do what I have done in the previous years, especially since I am getting older.
A friend told me about Dixie Mix he was using in his flower beds. I decided I would check it out. I ordered the mix, and began building boxes above ground. I filled these boxes with the Dixie Mix soil. (6 boxes)
I also installed a drip system to each box, and plan to add more to my garden, which is fenced in to keep out the deer.
Now, I am gathering plenty of tomatoes, peppers (3 varieties), and beans (bush and climbing). We gathered plenty of squash, radishes, and cucumbers earlier. I have shared these with friends and neighbors. I also have replanted some of these for a second crop and they are growing nicely.
Best of all, besides the good food we now have, we can freeze and can some for the winter months. There are NO weeds or grass in these boxes.
I will continue to use this mix in the future and recommend it to others.

Thanks Dixie Mix,

George C.

Attention Mr. Sharpe

My wife and I just wanted to tell you how much we have benefited from and enjoyed the Dixie Mix compost that we purchased from you last June. We decided to try a no-frills low maintenance "raised bed" style garden in our backyard. Our garden took off in just a matter of days and has almost gone through the roof since we got it started. We highly recommend this dirt to anyone out there who wants the absolute best quality of organic dirt. Last count we counted over 30 tomatoes on the way from only 5 plants! They are between 5 and 6 feet tall. The bell pepper plants are between 3 and 4 feet tall. Looks like next year we will have to expand the garden to accommodate such big plants...

Sincerely,

Kyle & Pam W.
